We have indirectly and inaccurately been fed the idea that frozen foods equals to lower quality, but that’s incorrect. When we pass by the frozen foods section in each major grocery store we only come across the cheapest prices and quality products. That is the result of an obsolete mentality.
Handling frozen foods actually allows us to stop time, therefore we believe that it’s a great opportunity to use the best quality ingredients and create the best products possible!
The concept of Mimmi was born from that idea.
